Centered (for the moment!) and focused on my goals. Looking for great companions who can talk about the nature of reality and enlightenment while slipping on a banana peel and laughing till your drink comes out your nose. Was Buddha frowning? No way! He was laughing! I suspect Jesus knew how to laugh too. Even in the midst of deepest sorrow and pain, if we can see how ecstasy and agony are both just ripples on the surface, and joy and presence are always at the core (as Tolle might say) then we can have a glimpse of the reason we are here.

I practice yoga (ashtanga, among others) and taiji and am careful about what I eat. We are what we eat! I love to cook. Hiking and spending time in nature feeds me and gives me the grounding I need to support my work as a designer and consultant.
